How about a 'Duet of orange-peppered salmon and salmon served in a nori leaf with dips and couscous salad'? Or a 'Curry pumpkin soup with roasted pine nuts'? Or 'Pink roasted Barbary duck breast on celery purée and Savoy cabbage with walnuts, served with potato strudel and cherry-pepper sauce'? Our master chefs will serve you these and other delicacies as part of a select four-course menu which concludes with delights such as 'Crêpes filled with pear ragout' or 'Madagascar vanilla-papaya ice cream' for example.
