After successfully establishing the second Porsche series - the Boxster - we are continuing our growth strategy with the Cayenne and the Carrera GT at the location Leipzig.

Thanks to the great demand from the markets for the 911 and Boxster models, Zuffenhausen has reached the limit of its capacity with regards to the production capacities and the space conditions. It was therefore clear that it would not be possible to build the third series in Zuffenhausen. A new production site which would meet the requirements of the brand name Porsche had to be found. In other words, space for our vehicle production, a break-in and control track as well as an off-road track and enough room to get close to Porsche.

For Porsche not only creates fascinating products and services, Porsche also holds out the promise of a world of adventure.

In Leipzig we prove that and we have done so since the opening in the year 2002.
