For us fulfilling the obligation to provide the best possible quality means producing vehicles without any defects throughout all stages of production. The individual employees are responsible for eliminating defects where they arise or where they are discovered. Prior to its delivery each vehicle is tested thoroughly. You can see just how much value we place on quality in our final quality check. Afterwards experienced employees test every vehicle on our factory test track.

Our electronic production and quality control system supports the vehicle production in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements on-line. For every cycle the scope of work is visualized with regard to the respective vehicle and noticeable particularities can be entered directly via the touch screen monitor. At Porsche Leipzig this system replaces the documentation, which is common elsewhere, in the sense of a paperless factory. A statistical evaluation of the data recorded is possible at any time for a targeted error analysis. Afterwards, solutions are developed and implemented jointly.
