Right of withdrawal

1. Experience packages with a fixed date

For contracts relating to experience packages with a fixed date or period (e.g. driving programmes, events), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Notwithstanding this, we grant you a contractual right of withdrawal in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. The withdrawal periods and fees set out therein apply exclusively.

2. Bookings without a fixed date (e.g. vouchers)

Provided there is no exclusion under paragraph (1), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract or upon receipt of the goods (e.g. a voucher).

You may exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.porsche-leipzig.com/en/help-service/cancel-order. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The contact details for this are:

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. Further details, in particular regarding the reversal of the transaction and any restrictions, are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.
