General
What can I experience as a walk-in visitor at the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig?
Even without booking an experience program, visitors can visit the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig without prior registration, explore the museum, relax in the Carrera Café, or browse the Porsche Design Store. The Porsche Experience Center is closed to visitors during private events. Please be sure to check our current opening hours before your visit.
When are the dates for the Porsche Experience programs published?
The dates for all experience programs are published three months in advance on the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig website and can only be booked online.
Can I reserve an appointment for a Porsche Experience program in advance or book it for someone else?
Public appointments can only be booked online. Advance reservations or waiting lists are not available. The booking does not necessarily have to be made by the participant themselves. The name of the participant can be entered by the person making the booking in the comments field.
How can I request individual appointments for exclusive driving experiences or gourmet experiences?
Individual appointments are possible.

Where do I register on the day of my adventure program, and is there parking available?
Please check in at the reception desk of the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig 15 to 30 minutes before the program begins. The entrance is at the north entrance, Gate 1 “Visitors” (Tor 1, “Besucher”) Porschestraße 1, 04158 Leipzig. Free parking is available on site. If you are arriving by motorhome, please check in advance whether there is sufficient parking space available on the day of your visit.
Can I participate in multiple experience programs?
Programs can be combined under certain circumstances. In this case, please contact us in advance so that we can check the possibilities.

Will I receive a ticket for the visit?
When you book an appointment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This serves as proof of your booking. Separate admission tickets will not be sent out. Please report to reception at the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig with your name and program.
Can programs be overbooked even if they are fully sold out?
Programs cannot be “overbooked.” Due to the large number of programs and visitors, we do not keep reservation or waiting lists.
In which language are the experience programs held?
Depending on the date booked, a good knowledge of German or English is required for the experience programs. For safety reasons and in order not to disrupt the experience of other participants, translations are not possible during a factory tour or driving experience. Therefore, please only book an appointment in a language that you are confident in. Appointments in German can be booked via our website.
How can I cancel my experience program?
Cancellations must be made by email. Cancellations received 15 days prior to the experience program are free of charge. Exceptions apply to Porsche Track Experience programs. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used. Valid vouchers that have been redeemed will be reactivated. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Am I permitted to take photographs or film at the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig?
You are welcome to take photographs or film for private use at the Porsche Experience Center. Photography is not permitted in the factory area.
Is the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig family-friendly?
Children are very welcome. Please note the respective age restrictions for the programs. Adult accompanying persons are responsible for supervising children.
Are there discounts for children?
No discounts are available for the experience programs at the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig. We offer children's prices for the family factory tour and our gourmet experiences. You can find further offers for children, such as the Porsche Experience Workshop or the Porsche Safari, on our website.
Is the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig wheelchair accessible?
The Porsche Experience Center Leipzig is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users can easily take part in the Classic factory tour. The routes for the Intensive factory tour are not wheelchair accessible. The Porsche Experience Center Leipzig has two wheelchairs available on site. Please indicate when booking if you require a wheelchair.
Driving experiences
Will my booked driving program still take place in bad weather?
In extreme weather conditions, driving programs may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons. We will inform you in good time and offer you alternative dates.
Do the Porsche driving programs take place throughout the year?
Some programs, such as “Pilot Onroad Intensive” and “Co-Pilot 911 GT3 Cup,” run from April to October. All other driving programs take place year-round, except during the summer and winter breaks. Dates are published three months in advance on the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig website.
What do I need to bring with me on the day of the experience program?
With your booking, you are registered at our Gate 1 “Visitors.” Requirements for participation in a pilot program are a valid international driver's license and an original ID card, which must be presented on site.
When participating in a driving experience, each participant must sign a liability waiver. For underage participants (ages 13–17), all legal guardians must sign the liability waiver.
Can I bring someone with me to the driving experience I booked?
One accompanying person per participant can take part in the factory tour free of charge for each Co-Pilot and Pilot program. Additional accompanying persons can purchase a ticket for the factory tour on site, subject to availability. However, there is no guarantee that additional places will be available.
Can my accompanying person ride along as a passenger on the booked driving program?
For safety reasons, passengers are not permitted on our Pilot Onroad and Pilot Onroad Intensive programs. On the Pilot Offroad program, up to three accompanying persons aged 13 and over can ride along as passengers free of charge.
What is the rental agreement for pilot programs?
Before starting the driving experience, participants must sign a vehicle loan agreement that stipulates an excess in the event of damage. The excess does not need to be paid in advance. Please refer to the terms and conditions for the exact amount of the excess.
What is the difference between Pilot Onroad, Pilot Onroad Intensive, and Pilot Exclusive?
The Pilot Onroad program includes guided driving in small groups of up to 10 people, including the Classic factory tour.
The Pilot Onroad Intensive program includes guided driving as well as section training, including the Intensive factory tour.
The Pilot Exclusive program includes exclusive 1:1 support on and off-road, including a gourmet experience and factory tour.
Gourmet experiences
Does the kitchen cater to allergies or special dietary requirements?
Yes, please indicate any intolerances, allergies, or dietary preferences when booking. The kitchen and service team will take these into account when designing the menu for your gourmet experience.
Are there high chairs for children in the restaurant?
High chairs can be provided for gourmet experiences. Please let us know your requirements when booking so that we can prepare the seating accordingly.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
Dogs are permitted in the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig and in the restaurant. However, dogs are not permitted in the production areas of the factory.
Factory tour
Can the tour take place when production is at a standstill?
Under certain circumstances, the tour may take place when production is not in operation. Access to the production area is not possible during company holidays. In such cases, participants will receive vouchers for a factory tour, which can be taken at a later date.
Are there any restrictions on participating in a factory tour?
People with pacemakers, implants, or similar medical devices may visit the Porsche Experience Center Leipzig, but may not enter the production area. This is for their own safety.
Is participation in the factory tour mandatory for experience programs?
The factory tour is an integral part of many programs, but it is not mandatory. If you do not wish to participate, please let us know in advance. This does not result in a price reduction.
