We offer vocational apprenticeships leading to qualification as a industrial mechanics, mechatronics engineers and automotive mechatronics engineers.

For initial work experience we recommend the range of courses offered by Porsche Student Workshop at the VDI-GaraGe in Leipzig. School pupils receive an insight here into the various occupations offered by the automobile industry and receive optimum preparation for an apprenticeship in this field. We only offer work placement opportunities for students in a university or technical university course who have already completed three semesters. A certificate of matriculation is required.

Our company wage agreement is based on the IG Metall overall wage agreement for the area of Saxony, Berlin and Brandenburg. We will be happy to deal with detailed questions about the remuneration for specific vacancies during a personal interview.

At Porsche Leipzig the recruitment of personnel is a team operation, which means that it is not necessary to address your application to a specific contact person. The salutation "Dear Sir or Madam" is sufficient.

In principle lack of work experience is not a criterion for exclusion. In addition graduates as a rule already have initial practical experience as a result of work placements or apprenticeships they have completed.
