VDI-GaraGe
Support for young people is a further focal point of the social commitment of Porsche in Leipzig. A prime example of this is the ““GaraGe”” training initiative – a technology centre for young people in the Plagwitz district of Leipzig. Every year more than 80,000 children and young people take advantage of the educational facilities at the “GaraGe”, which also include a Porsche technology workshop. Using a real 911 Turbo pupils receive their first experience of automobile technology under the instruction of a Porsche technician.
